We’ve taken the traditional and made it EXCEPTIONAL. With a 6” Lift Kit on your Polaris Ranger 1000 Diesel, you can take your riding to the next level and dominate the trail. Our true-to-size 6” lift kit lets you tackle bigger obstacles. It’s not only big but it’s also comfortable and easy to handle as well. With clearance for up to 34” tires you can play harder than you ever have before.
A True 6” Lift Made with Stronger Parts
The perfect geometry of this kit ensures you get a true to size 6” lift that still feels good to drive and is easy to turn. It is built better with strength throughout for whatever driving you want to do. Our A-arms are made with 1.25”x.138” wall steel DOM tubing—75% thicker than OEM and are built with additional cross bars. Our tie rods are made with 7/8” solid chromoly bar and our lift brackets are made with 4.5 mm heavy-duty steel. Plus, it comes with 4 industry-leading Rhino 2.0 axles. Plus, it comes with 4 premium SuperATV axles—X300 or Rhino 2.0. SuperATV has been in the lift game for a long time so we know how to make them big enough to look awesome and strong enough to perform.

Upgrade to X300
X300 axles use a 300M steel shaft and maximized CVs to give you superior performance and strength. The unique properties of 300M allow it to flex under load without breaking to absorb force that would normally destroy your CVs, diff, or transmission. It’s a tougher axle that also saves your drivetrain — it’s exactly what you need to go big.

SuperATV offers the premium product on the market and extends the industry’s best warranty to go with it. Each lift kit that SuperATV manufactures comes with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. If for any reason a bracket, A Arm, tie rod bar, or shock mount should bend or break, we will send you a replacement part free of charge. Whether you pile it up or your buddy took it for that ever-so-innocent test ride, we’ve got you covered.
X300 Axles
SuperATV X300 Axles (excluding boots) are warrantied to the original purchaser for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. If the axle fails within 3 years from the date of purchase, SuperATV will ship a replacement axle for a flat fee of $100. The axle may be replaced as many times as needed during the original warranty period. Damage resulting from lack of maintenance such as, but not limited to, running for an extended period of time with a damaged boot and/or no grease. X300 axles used with non-SuperATV lift kits are not warrantied against spline damage, due to variation of suspension travel in other manufacturers lift kits. In all warranty cases, the purchaser must provide SuperATV with proof of purchase and proof of breakage.
Rhino 2.0 Axles
SuperATV Rhino 2.0 Axles (excluding boots) are warrantied to the original purchaser for a period of 18 months from the date of purchase. If the axle fails for any reason within 60 days from the date of purchase, SuperATV will ship a replacement axle free of charge. If the axle fails after 60 days, but within the first 18 months of the date of purchase, the purchaser must pay a flat $50.00 replacement fee. In all warranty cases, the purchaser must provide SuperATV with proof of purchase and proof of breakage.
Rhino Axles
SuperATV Rhino Brand Axles (excluding boots) are warrantied to the original purchaser for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. If the axle fails for any reason within 60 days from the date of purchase, SuperATV will ship a replacement axle free of charge. If the axle fails after 60 days, but within the first year of the date of purchase, the purchaser must pay a flat $50.00 replacement fee. In all warranty cases, the purchaser must provide SuperATV with proof of purchase and proof of breakage.
Please note: All SuperATV products are warrantied to the original purchaser. Heim joints, tie rod ends, ball joints, seal kits, drive belts, wheel bearings, brake lines, and bushings are considered wear and tear items and do not carry a lifetime warranty.
